Anyones Legend vs Rare Atom Predictions

Clash of Two Teams With Much to Prove

Day Two of the LPL 2022 Summer Split kicks off with a clash between Anyones Legend and Rare Atom. This matchup pits two struggling teams against one another. It is not a blockbuster Saturday matchup that people will tune out for. Despite this, it’s almost guaranteed to be an entertaining game when two teams are in conflict. Expect the usual twists and turns. Rare Atom has a slight advantage due to its performance at the Spring Split.

Rare Atom finished ninth in the 17-team pool with eight wins and as many losses. Anyones Legend were slightly off the pace to begin with, and then they had a sensational fall in the middle before they managed to cobble up five wins in all out of 18.

This meant they ended the spring split in 13th place. Both teams still have a lot of work ahead of them if they want to be in playoff contention. Saturday’s match will give a great indication of their progress over the last few months.

Harder makes LPL entry for anyone’s legend; rare Atom unchanged

Anyones Legend has one change to their roster with Harder moving into the middle-lane replacing Forge. Harder joins the team after a string of good performances by the academy team in the spring season.

Rare Atom have not succumbed to the urge to make too many modifications. It’s not clear if this is by design or accident. Edward Gaming has Junjia back, while Leyan is the main jungler. The rest of the lineup is unchanged from the spring split.

JD Gaming vs Top Esports Pick

Top Esports

JD Gaming vs Top Esports Predictions

Too Close to Call

For the longest time, JD Gaming were in the running to take the top spot at the LPL 2022 Spring Split. After a bump at the half-way mark, they lost some momentum and slipped up to the middle of the table. Then they gathered steam to go on a bull run of six consecutive wins to bounce back and finish third with a 11-5 record, just one win off second-placed RNG.

Top Gaming followed a similar route for most of the split. However, their losses were towards the end. They finished fifth with two consecutive wins, and are still in playoff contention alongside Weibo Gaming. In terms of their recent results, it’s hard to pick between these two teams.

If any, Top Esports is the slight favorite in this match due to their experience with players who have been part of winning teams and won titles. You won’t be taking a risk if JD Gaming is also in the mix.

Zoom’s Exit is unlikely to affect Top Esports

JD Gaming don’t make too many roster changes and that’s quite understandable. They are keen to improve on the spring season. This is a great way to recognize players who perform well. ADC Lpc feel they will gain more experience and recover some form which is why he returns to the academy roster.

Hope is the ADC at the moment. The departure of a top player for better pastures has been a major problem in esports. Zoom left to join Ultra Prime, which is the only thing that has changed for them at the moment. However, this shouldn’t be a major change to their chances as Wayward has been starting most of the time recently. Zoom’s absence is not likely to be a major headache.

Ultra Prime vs Oh My God Pick

Ultra Prime

Ultra Prime vs Oh My God Predictions

Close Contest Between Two Struggling Outfits

On paper, this is a clash between two bottom-half teams looking to make the upward move, however challenging it may be. Ultra Prime lost twice as many games than Ultra Prime. They ended 12th in the spring split with a 5-11 win-loss ratio, and three straight losses to close out the season. Oh My God fared only marginally better, finishing with one win more; thereby ending with 6 wins and 10 losses, including three in a row at the fag end of the season.

So in terms of form it is hard to tell which team has an advantage. This is a close match and it’s likely that there will be many twists and turns between the two teams. The punters had predicted Ultra Prime would win, but Oh My God is more than capable to throw a wrench in their plans. It won’t be called a major upset if Oh my God wins. This is very close.

Oh My God, Cast Wide and Far for Results

As mentioned previously, Ultra Prime is pleased to welcome Zoom as they leave Top Esports. Zoom, a senior player at the time, has been frustrated by being left on the sidelines for so long. This might not be a huge signing. Ultra Prime can make his pain go away and show his old team that he is still a good player, but it will be more than happy. Zoom has the chance to propel their side into playoff contention.

Oh my God have signed 0909 from Edward Gaming’s academy roster – a testimony to their off-season scouting and how far and wide they’ve cast their net to sign some promising talent. Also, they signed Jerry from Victory Five Academy’s team. They both had great results this spring, and now have the chance to show their value on the LPL’s big stage.

LNG Esports vs Bilibili Gaming Picks

LNG Esports

LNG Esports vs Bilibili Gaming Predictions

With better luck, LNG Esports could’ve easily finished top of the pile, but for a slight momentum swing in the second half. They recovered well to post three successive wins to record a 11-5 win-loss ratio that put them at par with three other sides that made the playoffs., LNG finished fourth overall. Bilibili Gaming missed the playoffs but finished with more wins than lost, if this is any consolation.

Overall, the Split saw them finish at 9-7 and only two points away from the pace required to reach the Top Six. Both sides have a lot to prove going into the summer split. Bilibili wants to make sure they are in the playoffs, while LNG hopes to prove that they can win championships. Both sides have different goals and both are looking for a new start. LNG, by virtue of their higher ranking in the table, started this season as favorites.

The Big Bin Signing

LNG have not made roster changes, as they are looking to improve on their spring split performance. They’ve assembled a strong squad.

BiliBili has some modifications. Despite winning MSI 2022, Bin has been swapped with Breathe for the summer split in what seemed like an unexpected announcement. Bilibili Gaming had Bin in their sights from the beginning of winter but Weibo weren’t ready to give him up. RNG wanted to Breathe, but Team WE refused. This has resulted in a huge turn of events leading up to the summer. It’ll be an excellent signing for Bilibili Gaming, given Bin’s performance at MSI.
