MLB Parlays, September 3

This Saturday’s MLB slate is filled with elite pitchers and big favorites. This makes it ideal for creating a large plus-money parlay with a few teams that are likely to win.

Today’s MLB Parlay (+659)

New York Mets ML (-425) vs Washington Nationals St. Louis Cardinals ML (-205) vs Chicago Cubs Chicago White Sox ML (-135) vs Minnesota Twins Milwaukee Brewers ML (-180) vs Arizona Diamondbacks Atlanta Braves ML (-190) vs Miami Marlins Odds from DraftKings. Get a $1,000 Deposit Bonus here.

Let’s get it broken down.

New York Mets ML (-425) vs Washington Nationals

It’s Max Scherzer vs Patrick Corbin.

Among pitchers that have pitched at least 100 innings this season, Corbin has the highest ERA of all of them (6.56). The Nationals are 5-21 in his starts.

Scherzer is Scherzer.

The line may be too high for a straight-up ML wager. This is an excellent place to anchor your parlay.

St. Louis Cardinals (-205) Chicago Cubs

I adore Adam Wainwright and think the Cardinals have the greatest lineup against left-handed pitching.

Drew Smyly must struggle against Nolan Arenado and Albert Pujols. Paul Goldschmidt is able to hit both teams with equal power.

St. Louis won the previous four matches against Chicago. This one should be won today.

Chicago White Sox ML (-135) vs Minnesota Twins

Dylan Cease is the Cy Young pitcher you may have missed. His 1. 35 ERA since May 29, having struck out 119 batters in 100 innings during the stretch.

I like Tyler Mahle, however the Twins bullpen has been a fire hose while the White Sox have been strong in the second half.

The White Sox won four out of five games against the Twins. You can expect more of this today.

Milwaukee Brewers ML (-180) vs Arizona Diamondbacks

The Diamondbacks have made me a lot of money this season. Since Opening Day, they’ve been an undervalued and frisky team.

Madison Bumgarner did not. In my view, he is over the hill and has been the only pitcher that I have considered to be fading from this Snakes’ lineup.

He will be challenged by Corbin Burnes, the defending NL Cy Young champ. The odds of him winning are lower than -200 here. This makes this an excellent parlay.

Atlanta Braves ML (-190) vs Miami Marlins

As much as I love the young Marlins’ starter Edward Cabrera, the Braves lineup is too hot right now. Six runs were scored in six innings by Sandy Alcantara. They’ve now won 37 of their last 55 games, including five straight against Miami.

The Marlins couldn’t score. Their. 198 Average and. 585 OPS for August are both the lowest marks ever recorded in franchise history.

I’ll erase them.
