, , , , . A newly repaved surface will make it more difficult for NASCAR Xfinity Series racers to compete at the 1. 54-mile intermediate speedway for the first time since the reprofiling of the track was completed in December.
Saturday’s Nalley Cars 250 will be contested over 163 laps (251 miles), with stage breaks scheduled after 40 and 80 laps. Justin Allgaier, the current winner of this race.
Noah Gragson Visits Atlanta to Seek Fifth Straight Placement
Last week we believed Noah Gragson was due for victory. We were wrong, and he proved it by winning at Phoenix Raceway the NASCAR Xfinity Series Event.
The win was the fourth consecutive podium finish by the driver of No. After a podium finish at Daytona in the season opener, 9 JR Motorsports Chevrolet won.
We are seeing no signs of slowing down for Gragson, the current leader in Xfinity Series. He finished third at Atlanta in July. Gragson finished third, fourth, and fifth in his three Atlanta runs.
Hence, we recommend a bet on Gragson to win (+650 via DraftKings Sportsbook) and to finish in the top three (+200).
Trevor Bayne Is on the Cusp of Winning in Top-Notch JGR Equipment
Trevor Bayne is running an abbreviated schedule for Joe Gibbs Racing this season, and in both his 2021 starts, we recommended betting on the driver of the No. 18 Toyota to finish on the top three. Bayne was third at Fontana. However, he was penalized for pit road speeding at Phoenix last Saturday. He could not recover and finished fourth. This is one place off the podium.
We still believe in Bayne, especially at a track that NASCAR mandates a superspeedway package with a lower-horsepower. After all, Bayne’s first NASCAR win came in the 2011 Daytona 500.
If you’re feeling ambitious, bet on Bayne to win at +1000 via DraftKings Sportsbook. In any event, you can place your bet on No. 18 Supra to run top-three at +250.

If There’s Pack Racing at Atlanta, You Can’t Discount the Kaulig Cars
Given the new pavement and new profile at Atlanta Motor Speedway, no one seems to know what the racing will look like in Saturday’s Nally Cars 250.
If the track’s superspeedway program encourages tight drafting among large packs, the Kaulig Racing Chevrolets are a must-see. Three of Kaulig’s six Xfinity races have been won at Daytona, and three at Talladega.
OK. Justin Haley, a superspeedway stud, has moved to the Cup Series. However, AJ Allmendinger, Daniel Hemric, Landon Cassill, and Landon Cassill are still wearing the Kaulig banners in the Xfinity Series.
But don’t put your money on AJ. He’s priced at +700 via DraftKings Sportsbook.
Cassill, on the other hand, is available at +1500 to win and +350 to finish in the top three. You should give him a chance. If one Kaulig car is at the front of the pack, all other Kaulig cars are usually there as well.
